Mark Sewell
An engaging
and motivational coach and facilitator, Mark moved into consultancy after
gaining 11 years experience within the Pharmaceutical industry. Mark applies
his passion for personal development and ability to facilitate change in
individuals, to support achievement of business and personal goals.
Prior to joining Tailor Made Solutions he held senior roles in the areas
of Commercial Sales and Learning and Development where he was responsible
for facilitating the core competency development for all levels of UK employees
Mark has over 5000 hours experience of coaching supporting senior executives
and strategic projects at senior management level within various industries
including Pharmaceutical, Government agencies, FMCG and technology.
Particular projects during this time included:
- Supporting senior managers through change through individual coaching
and facilitation of leadership teams throughout Europe.
- Initiatives to develop desired values and behaviours within the organisation
to drive commercial success.
- Development and launch of Competency framework to support the Performance
Management process
- Supporting senior management in implementing a leadership change framework
to successfully manage business unit integrations and downsizing.
Example of clients Mark has supported are: AES-Exxon Mobil, Baxter Healthcare,
the Australian Trade Commission (Austrade), Roche, Wyeth, Biogen-Idec and
Novartis Pharmaceuticals AG.
Mark is a member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD),
he is a qualified practitioner of NLP, a qualified pyschometrician and
is currently studying for a BSc in Psychology. |
