Julie Greenwood

A highly skilled and intuitive consultant, who has an excellent reputation in coaching senior executives and facilitating their teams to maximise their performance.

Julie has been an independent consultant to the Pharmaceutical and other industries since 1998. Her broad experience in Sales, Marketing and Human Resources within the Pharmaceutical Industry has led her to build a reputation with clients as a skilled organisational development and business strategist, a coach and mentor, as well as a highly supportive facilitator of senior teams.

Most recently Julie has worked at Board and Leadership level with Penspen, Quintiles Europe, Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis and Innovex, to deliver Executive Coaching and Leadership Development, Culture Change following Merger and Acquisitions, HR Re-engineering, Strategic Planning Facilitation and Facilitation for Global Team start ups within a matrix organisation.

Previously, Julie was responsible for the launch of major products within the CNS sector in Novartis Pharmaceuticals and as Sales Director at Sandoz was responsible for Leading a national function, with it’s associated strategic issues and management challenges for example the conflict of the changing marketplace and attracting, retaining and developing high potential people to operate within that environment. Julie introduced a number of strategic initiatives one of which was to design and introduce a major 360 feedback and coaching programme throughout the salesforce in the UK and Europe to reinforce and communicate openness and trust as one of the key Leader Behaviours.
