Andy Watkin
A specialist in Leadership Development and a skilled facilitator,
Andy gained over 15 years experience in the pharmaceutical
industry including four years as Head of Training and
Development for a major multinational company. Following
this Andy established the management development
consultancy skill transfer in 1996, and then formed Tailor Made
Solutions with Julie Greenwood and Joe Bailey Burnley in 1999.
Andy has extensive experience in Leadership Development and has built a
reputation within blue chip companies for designing and delivering development
interventions of the highest quality, receiving consistently excellent
feedback from
attendees and clients. Andy also delivers a wide range of management training
programmes and team development events, characterised by participant interaction,
inventiveness and most importantly business benefit.
Currently Andy is working with, amongst others, GlaxoSmithKline, Quintiles/
Innovex, Cardiner-Caldwell Communications, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Wyeth
Laboratories and Monsanto.
Andy is an NLP Practitioner and is also qualified in the administration
and feedback
of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and other psychometric instruments. |
