Internal Communication                  "Inspirational leaders capture hearts minds and souls" Lynda Gratten, Professor of Organisational Development, London Business School

It's true that our people are our greatest asset – and you've been hearing that message incessantly for years now. Maximising their contribution to your business is one of your key challenges – and internal communication can help you meet that challenge.

Your people need to commit both intellectually and emotionally to your business vision(s) if they are going to maximise their contribution towards achieving it.  We all understand the principle of getting people outside our organisations to 'buy into' what we have on offer.  That's business!  Apply the same principle internally and you'll align your people with your business initiatives and increase motivation, ownership and action.

So how does it work?

We apply motivational language and internal marketing skills to help individuals, teams and organisations dynamically communicate goals, visions and strategies.   As an example, let's look at the four Ms of Marketing and see how we can apply these internally to help your business achieve great results..

MESSAGE

First you need to be clear about what you want your people to buy into. We can work with you to ensure your message is dynamic and clearly explains the potential impact for your people..

MARKET

Next, you'll need to test your market's response to your message. We work with your people individually and in groups to understand their initial response and tailor your message appropriately.

MEDIA

Once your message is clear and targeted we can look at how to deliver your vision to your people with maximum beneficial business impact.

MEASUREMENT

And of course, you'll need to measure how successful your message has been.  We establish pulse testing so as to understand the impact of your implemented changes on your business at regular intervals over time.
